3. Product Quality

Every compound sold by Experts Only Research undergoes dual-method verification: HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) for purity confirmation and LC-MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) for molecular identity verification. All testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with every order.

4. Ordering and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are shipped the same day. All orders are shipped in temperature-controlled, vacuum-sealed packaging to maintain compound integrity. Standard shipping within the United States takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $100.

6. Returns and Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and quality assurance requirements, opened items cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced at no cost when reported within 48 hours of receipt.
