Eligible Returns

• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
• Products must be in their original, sealed packaging
• Products must have been stored according to recommended conditions
• A valid order number is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened products cannot be returned due to quality assurance and compound integrity requirements
• Products that have been reconstituted
• Products that show evidence of improper storage or handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a full replacement at no cost, including shipping. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect product when contacting our support team.

How to Initiate a Return

3. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the product back in its original packaging

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
